These Terms govern your use of ScaleWithMe (the "Service"), operated by ScaleWithMe LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ScaleWithMe is a membership that publishes live build sessions and working software tools. Access to tools, recordings, the community, and other materials is provided to members in good standing.
Paid membership is billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the price shown at checkout. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method for each billing period until you cancel.
New members may start a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected up front. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your card is charged.
You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. Tools you have already installed remain yours to keep.
Tools and code we provide are licensed to you to use and modify for your own business, including after you cancel. You retain ownership of content and data you create. You are responsible for how you deploy and operate any tool.
Don't resell or redistribute membership materials, share your account, scrape the Service, or use it to break the law or infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.
The Service is provided "as is." We teach and demonstrate; we don't guarantee any particular business, financial, or income result. Software is provided without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
