Because you've already evaluated the Service during the free trial, payments made after the trial are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges — your access continues until the end of the billing period you've paid for.
Any tool you've already installed is yours to keep and use, even after you cancel.
If you were charged in error or believe there's a billing mistake, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
